Artifact on slider on mobile devices

    In the slider we are using, on mobile devices there is an artifact at the top of the slider which appears as a beam or blotch of color that passes across the top of the slider with each transition. It looks rather unsightly and unprofessional. What is the cause and is there some way to remedy this?

    Please, be informed that you can switch off the timer bar from the settings of the Slider.
