Articles and pages import

Good morning, sorry to bother you, I would be looking for a way to export/import from one website to another all the posts and pages in a context where some of the pages to be imported already exist, let me explain:

I have a website with its own staging site. On the main website, new pages and articles have been created, but some past articles and pages have also been changed.
In the meantime, on the staging site, some changes have happened to the site files and upgrades have been made. We now need to update the staging site articles and pages but.

What I have tried so far:

• Using the native WordPress feature under export/import tools. It has been useful for importing new pages, but pages that have changed are unfortunately not being updated. (It is not possible for us to delete and reload all the pages that had changes because we did not keep track of them, and they were seo changes made on almost a hundred pages and articles).
• Using the All-in-one wp migration plugin, we have not been perfectly able to figure out how to export ONLY articles and pages.

We are continuing to evaluate other solutions but if any of you already have an answer because you have faced a similar problem or already know a possible way forward that would be great, thank you very much.
