Article Rating not working

I’m using wpDisquz 7.0.2 and using the Article Rating feature. Unfortunately, it didn’t show the rating. Is there any setting that I should change/activate/disable, or maybe there is incompatibility with other plugin?
Any help will be appreciated, thank you
