    this happens, when:

    a) apple server are not available
    b) you insert the wrong id
    c) the app is not available in the selected store

    you can check the first two things visiting appsuche.touchtalk.at
    if you will get an result the connection to apple should be fine. also there you can get the code for inserting in your post.

    The service is available, its not the wrong ID, and I selected the right store.

    Also, when the app is showed, then I get this:

    While it is working on a other site with the same plugin:

    And if the “Remove” image isn’t there, then this error is shown at the top of the post
