When processing an article, is there any way to keep the date of original publication instead of using the date that it is published on the curated web site? I did a search here as well as on target-info.com and didn’t find anything helpful.

    Thanks very much,

    John

We don’t have an option to use the publish date from the original website as it is often hard to find by algorithm automatically. In the Options menu item, Curation tab, clear the option “Make Post Date ‘Immediately’ when Made Live”. This will keep the date that the article was found by MyCurator (but not the publish date on the original site).

Understood re publish date. Your recommended solution works and the date found appears instead of the date published!

    Thanks very much,
