    Hi !
My client (Editor role) have modified some articles, but the date is updating on the front only if the Autoptimize cache is clearing after modifications. I don’t want that my client be as an administrator to access to the Autoptimize clearing cache.

So is there a fix to have the updates keep live at the front ?

    Thanks a lot

AO does not cache pages, but when purging AO cache (which has JS & CSS), AO will try to instruct some page caches (to minimize the risk of pages in page cache that refer to already removed autoptimized files).

So if the date is somehow stored/ shown using JS, then this _could_ be an AO issue, but chances are big that you’ll rather have to look into why you page cache isn’t showing the latest version of an article.

    hope this clarifies,

Okay ty but I use AO combined with WP Fatest cache, but I well had activated the “Update PostClear cache files when a post or page is updated” so the problem is not this plugin.
However, when I am connected like admin, the date is well updated for me but not for editor or lesser..
    I don’t understand.
