Arrows off center, dots are stacked ovals

Hi, Your plug-in is exactly what I was looking for. Love it! Only two problems.
1.) The Arrows are off center and I can’t see anywhere in the css to change that.
2.) I have 24 logos and it might be too many for the dots. They have become ovals and all meshed together.
If you can fix one of these, it would be the arrow problem. I have listed my development url below. If you can check it out. That would be marvelous. Have a great day!
