Arrows not showing

Hi Ramzees,
My arrows are not showing. I saw another thread about this with the status SOLVED but I saw the website referenced https://www.petrcikhart.com/2017 and I cannot see the arrows there either.
My site is in WP 4.8 and I tried in another using 4.7.
tested in different browsers, deactivated other plugins and js libraries (I’m just starting this site, so it doesn’t have much to conflict with)
I am the only one with this problem?

BTW the arrows in https://www.upworthy.com/ would be really cool to achieve
