Arrows Just Spin

When you click send the arrows just chase each other. I get the contact Email but the client does not get his notification that it sent.

Same…I have Contact 7 on several sites and it’s not working on one of the. Arrows just keep spinning. WE get the contact email but site visitor doesn’t know it’s been send AND doesn’t receive sent notification

FAQ > The spinning arrow icon shows up once I submit a form, but then nothing happens.

I deactivated all plugins and went back to the default theme and still ave the issue. Also, I have 2 other websites with the same theme and same plugins where the form works fine.

Help! I am having this problem too. I tried updating WP and CF7 and also tried deactivating all other plugins, but still got the spinning arrow. Users are submitting the same email 20-30 times because they get no feedback that the email was sent, due to the spinning arrows.

I have removed and reinstalled the plugins and Contact Form 7 I still get the same error. also now my cliants are getting upset that they think there not getting there contact form to me and they resend it 10 to 15 times. HELP PLEASE!!!

I have the exact same problem. The arrow just spins and there is no confirmation.

I tried the FAQ and no correction. I keep getting to the same dead end and I am getting significant amount of complaints. I need direct support please. [email protected]
