Arrow in name cause issue

  • Hello there,

    We are using 

    RIGHT ARROW
→
U+02192
UNICODE
→
HEX CODE
→
HTML CODE
→

    In our combinations product name, but it can’t be display properly in the PDF.

    Do you know how to fix it ?

    Hi! Usually if special characters don’t show up in the PDF, it means the font doesn’t include/support them, but the → character is actually included in the Open Sans font used in the Simple template. If you’re using a custom font, then you may want to look at a different font (or extended version). If you are not using a custom font, it’s possible your server does not have the MB_String library. This would be shown on the Status page of the PDF Invoice settings.
