Arrow icons in Featured image

  • Hello,
    Hi is it possible to show the arrow icon also in the image evidence?
    At the moment the article with video does not stand out from the other articles, all have an image in evidence, but many are not videos.

    It would be useful to see the video icon also in Featured image
