Arrow graphic on plugin vanished

The white ‘up’ arrow on my BackToTop button vanished recently, and I also noticed it had vanished for the theme (not plugin) developers at mdnw.net
Anybody know how to get it back? I like this plugin, and would happily pay a small amount to the dev to help keep it running.
