Arrogant Customer Service

The tool seems to be very powerful and can be overwhelming for an average WP developer. Installed the tool and tried working with it for several months. Ran into a problem and asked directly for help… after having just spent $59.00 for the subscription. Admittedly my question was out of frustration in trying to solve an issue for which I could not address, but I’ve never received a response from a customer service group like the one I received from this company.
All I can say about Advanced Access Manager is… You’re Fired. Plenty of other companies to do business with. Don’t need to do business with a company that has an attitude.
Would you like to do business with a company that sends a response like this?

As a tip – focus on describing your objectives in as much details as possible (screenshots will be helpful). Then explain your issues and what is not “intuitive” (hopefully you understand that this is very subjective word) for your. Only after that I can try to help you. Otherwise consider to hire a professional who will do the job and you can keep your attitude with him.
