Array to string conversion issue

Hi,

I’m getting the following issue:
Notice: Array to string conversion in /home/site/wwwroot/wp-content/plugins/ele-conditions/inc/parse_conditions.php on line 23

When I disable the plugin it disappears.
Tried disabling all plugins and activating ele conditions 1st and still error appears.

Using Child theme & Main twenty Seventeen Theme.
Tried upgrading to latest WP release still there.

Not sure what else to try.
If anyone can help, I’d appreciate it
