In additional, please send screenshots of:
– field settings (fotm tab) – all additional field options should be opened
– autoresponder settings (autoresponder tab)
and sample of form entry that has this issue.

Could you please go to the AutorResponder tab, in the AutorResponder section select field that you want to use as Message and save plugin settings. This should help.
Please let us know about the results
This value is presetted when you installed plugin and use default field set. In case if you removed default message fild you need to set new field manually, because we don’t know that field you want to use as Message field.
