Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Akismet Anti-spam and Flamingo, and clearing all cache data.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

Hello I have disabled all plugins, no more error message. When CF7 Skins for Contact Form 7 is activated the error message comes back

    Hello
it’s definitely due to the CF7 Skins plugin, I deactivated and deleted it and there was no error message. I reinstalled it, and there is the error message again.
