Arras theme menus disappeared in WP 3.0

    Hello

    I’ve just upgraded my arras theme blog https://www.jeffandmick.co.uk and my menus have disappeared. I’ve tried creating a new menu in word press but I’m struggling. Can I restore the menu function to the navigation area of the arras theme or find an easy way to get my old menus back?
