Arranging/Pagination in Forms

You can arrange one, two or three columns with the UM Forms Designer.

You can arrange “pages” as subtabs to the About tab with this basic extension plugin:

But for the pagination, could it work perhaps on registration pages?

Unfortunately, this requires customization if you want to have the pagination for fields in the Register form. Let’s see if others in the forum have done something similar and share their solution here.
