ARMember Emails not being sent

    Hi,

    We are using the lite version of the plugin before considering buying the full version. So far what we have this current scenarion

    Customer Purchases a Virtual Product
    The order is completed
    Customer is manually added to a Member Plan
    Customer can view content on a secure page

    All the above works fine and there are no issues. However whilst the standard WordPress emails are being sent (Order processed, Order completed) the ARMember email with the link to the secure page is not being sent.

    All WordPress emails are being sent without any issues and we currently have the folloiwng in ARMember General Settings

    New User Approval – Manual Approve By Admin
    Notification time set to one hour

    Any idea where we maybe going wrong?

    Hello,

    I apologize for the delay in reply.

    From your description, it seems that there is some confusion. You are expecting the “Manual Approve By Admin” email notification when the plan is manually assigned to a member.

    If that is the case then, ARMember will send that email notification when the member signup/register with the ARMember signup form from the frontend, and admin will approve the member from the frontend then after “Manual Approve By Admin” email notification will be sent.

    But if you want to send an email notification when the admin assigns a membership plan to a member then, this facility is available in the ARMember pro plugin which will send a notification “on New Subscription” action.

    Thats ok. The user was not getting any email notification that their user level was updated. It was just to inform them that it was ready but if this is part of the paid version then we can try again later.

    Yes, you can achieve this with the ARMember pro plugin.
