Arjuna 1.3.7

Hello,

I am working with theme Arjuna 1.3.7. I wanted to know how I can add a link to the nav bar so that readers can go to a static page on my site? Also how do I go about editing the colors of the Arjuna theme? I dont see any controls anywhere to change colors.
