Arile plugin causing Fatal Errors

  • Hi The Arile Extra plugin is causing Fatal Errors.
    When I disable the errors go away when a enable the plugin they are there.

    Not sure how I can fix this.
    Any guidance or tips would be appreciated.

    Hello

    The error is happening when I want to login from the plesk c-panel via the WordPress Toolkit. When I disable the plugin it works and when I enable the plugin it doesn’t.

    Please enable all the sections of the front page then can check them as per the requirement. In fact, we have not seen any error yet on your site.

    Hi Thanks for the feedback.
    I’m going to verify with my hosting provider as it is only happening from the Plesk C-panel.
    Will update the outcome in this ticket.

    Hello Arile theme team

    Was able to speak with the provider and they were Cleary stating after their analysis that the problem is related to the plugin.

    Can you please indicate what data you need to continue the investigation?

    Cpanel is a different thing from the WordPress so this is not a plugin related issue.

    The Plugin is perfectly working with the WordPress CMS.

    If you get the error in WordPress admin panel and your site then please let us know and share the screenshot.
