Could you please share the page URL or the form export, so that we could have a better idea on what instances the mentioned issue shows up?

In general, the mentioned issue occurs when there are duplicate IDs, but I’m not able to replicate such behaviour when tested, so will require further information on what instances this occurs so that we could provide a solution.

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services in the next reply.

I was able to replicate the mentioned behaviour and I have created an improvement task in our plugins backlogs so that our developers could take a closer look into this. Hopefully, an improvement in this behaviour will be implemented in one of our upcoming updates.
