ARIA Error

I’m using a form made with Caldera Forms on a website. When I run the website through the WAVE Accessibility Evaluation Tool, I receive an error message associated with the Search button. The message says “Broken ARIA reference:
An aria-labelledby or aria-describedby reference exists, but the target for the reference does not exist”. Can anyone help me fix this? Thank you.
