Please, submit your settings(.txt file) as new ticket to helpdesk.
Use tab “Tools” to get them.

Hi Alex,

I cant get pass the recaptcha in your helpdesk. Tried creating new ticket and signing up new account. Some issue with Freshdesk’s recaptcha. Browser console (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) yields the following error:

This is not related with my initial reported issue.

please, open section “Setup Fields” and remove grey field with key “item”.

Please, remove field “Item”.

IF you added custom field using this way https://algolplus.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/25000016635-add-calculated-field-for-order-

Use meta key “item2”
