Area/Suburb Field Empty on Cart page

    Hi

    When trying to calculate shipping on the cart page, the Area/Suburb dropdown field is empty. This only applies to logged out users.

    Yes I know, I have watched all the videos.

    This is not resolved.

    Also when I make it Taxable, the wheel just spins when entering. AND insurance does not calculate.
