area and gallery reserved for user

Hi, I have tried many plugins and I can manage users and personal areas. I would like to give each user a personal area. Each user can upload photos, these photos can only be uploaded and deleted by the user who inserts them. The photos must go to a common gallery and visible from the frontend by the site visitors.

Example: gallery like the images of the seasons, by clicking on each one, you go to a new gallery with the months of the year of the specific season, example (winter gallery, it will have inside the months: December, January, February), clicking in each month of the year you will arrive in a gallery where there will be all the photos taken by users in that particular month. The administrator or creator of the site must give the user X the possibility to upload the photos only in the January gallery, the user Y will be able to upload the photos only in the February gallery, the user Z will be able to upload the photos only in the gallery March.

A little cumbersome but I hope it can be done
