Are You Sure You Want To Log Out?

I have put this on 3 sites and on all 3 sites now when an admin clicks on logout on the menu bar insteed of just loging out it goes to a page that says are you sure you want to log out with a link to log out. Is there a way to just logout when you click on logout from the admin area.
