"Are you sure you want to do this?" when uploading themes in 4.1

I have set up WAMP 2.5 on Win7 x64. I have created 3 sites to play with on it, but I am having issues uploading themes.
Whenever I try and upload a theme using the WordPress’ “Add Themes” the theme file uploads but then I get
Are you sure you want to do this?
Please try again.
Is anyone else having this issue?
