Are you still in business?

  • I have bought the pro version, and have been trying for half a year to get support, but with no success. Today I tried to post yet another support ticket, but their site shows “Fatal error: Cannot re-assign auto-global variable _POST in /home/fsplugin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/fs-shopping-cart/extensions/profeatures.php on line 41”

    This is the worst support (NON support) I have ever gotten from an online product, esp. WP.

    Are you still in business?

    No idea myself but these forums are not the place to seek commercial support or pre-sales info. Authors know not to do that here.

    The author’s site is tossing errors. Either they’re not aware or they are not in business. Either way if you need a commercially supported plugin then I suggest you look at other options.

    Is anyone interested in selling their pro version? I need it to complete a project. Thanks!

    According to another thread, the plugin author passed away in January.
