    Hi there,

    I have purchase early last week a template and paid with Paypal. After the purchase I did not get any confirmation or email or a hint how to download the template.

    After waiting some days I send a question on your website kingpro and there is still no answer.

    What is happening?

    Hi harald,

    It would appear that the email addresses you use at @pan21.com consider my @kingpro.me emails as spam and won’t let them deliver. Do you have another email address I can send to?

    To answer your subject, I unfortunately do not have the time I once did to support my plugins the way I would like them to be.

    Please email support with an alternate address to contact you on ad I’ll get your theme to you.

    I sent you two days ago a reply with your webform on kingpro.me with my private gmail-address.

    Did you receive it? If not it suggests you have massive problems with your mailing system.

    Just in case you did not receive it the gmail address mentiones is

    Yesterday we bought the theme “Default with Logo” for the invoice King Pro WordPress plugin. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a download link yet. Can you provide me the link in an e-mail please ([email protected])?

    I can provide the paypall payment confirmation by e-mail if necessary. Maybe you can give me an e-mail adres to contact you?

    The link would have been sent to the address linked to your paypal account, which is not the address you listed above. Please check that address.

    If your still yet to receive it on that address (please also check the spam folder as well) please email me directly using the address listed in the plugin.
