This API does not seem to have usage rights the way we are using it. Are you sure what you have built is legal? The data in it is also wrong, so… I am about to ask you for a refund.

    Hi @jasonbrogdon,

Car Query provides the API free for use. Here is the links to their docs:

    https://www.carqueryapi.com/documentation/api-usage/

    And their terms:

    https://www.carqueryapi.com/about/terms-and-conditions/

The plugin connects to the public API and let users use the public API. This is legal and is allowed by the WordPress, according to the WordPress plugin guidelines.

If you want a refund for your purchase, please contact us.

How often do they update the data? I am having issues with the 2023 year not being there and they are missing major car/truck manufacturers models and trims for other years.

I am keeping the plugin. Sorry for the hastiness, it was just very frustrating to have so many issues out of the box.

The template and plugin is pretty good, just needs a lot of changes and updating and getting used to how everything works on it.

I have no idea, to be honest. They don’t public the info, so we just use the API as it is.

    No problem. I get it.

Thank you for understanding. We’d love to hear your suggestions for changes. The plugin is also available on Github, so you’re welcome to open any (code) issues or pull requests.
