    Yes, Breadcrumb NavXT should work with WordPress 4.6. Breadcrumb NavXT 5.5.0 (the next release that is due very soon) has been developed against WordPress trunk, and works on WordPress 4.6 (the readme will not be updated until 5.5.0 is released).
