    Hello @uskutech

I’m sorrowfully writing if there’s an unfortunate inconvenience. The error message you have received that usually triggers if you try to do something that you are not permitted to.

As you have mentioned, you are trying to change the bank details but receiving that error, then kindly check your user role and make sure you are permitted to do in order to avoid such error.

For further investigation kindly contact us here.

    Best Regards!

That’s actually one of the weird bugs I noticed about Dokan Pro.

For some context, it’s the admin acc that’s been set as active. It’s basically my own personal vendor dashboard that I use for testings.

    1. The user role is set as admin which should allow me to edit my own dashboard (I was able to change it from my WordPress panel).
    2. Products that have been saved as pending/published can disappear from the vendor’s product list which is very odd to me. I can’t figure out what triggers this or how to fix it.

Both of these problems tend to happen on their own without any reason and restore itself at times. Is this a common issue?

    Hi @uskutech

Thanks again for your valuable time. I believe you are doing well.

As the issue is not coming from the free version of the Dokan plugin, I humbly request you contact us from here. Then we will be able to investigate your issue properly.

As per WordPress community rules, we are not allowed to discuss anything unrelated to the free version of Dokan. I believe you can understand.

    Kind Regards!
