    I posted a thread about duplicate posting by wpematico 1 month ago (more than). So, wpematico author replied and wanted my phpinfo information of my website. So sent my sites php info by email to that person. But they didnt turn me back.
    Are they scammer or hacker?

    Just giving php informations vulnerable my site in the future?

    I don’t know what happened with their support topic but asking for just phpinfo is pretty innocuous.

    I myself would not use email as the forums here are for support but just the phpinfo() output alone is harmless. That’w why I replied with “No.”

    It was a complete (about approx. 10-15 pages with lots of information about my server,website,php files etc. ) php info output of my website …

    Again, there’s no reason to question anyone’s reputation over your voluntarily sending then phpinfo() output from your installation.

    Jan dembowski yes it looked something like you posted above. If you posted a link like this here then its okay.

    But its weird that they didnt turn me back after sending this…

    There are many legitimate reasons why they haven’t replied back

    1) They stopped caring
    2) There is a holiday where they are
    3) They are getting married
    4) They are on vacation
    5) Jan Dembowski kidnapped them and is doing horrible alien experiments on them, thus they can’t reply.
    6) Their laptop/computer/etc…crashed
    7) A plane dropped on them
    8) They forgot to pay their ISP bill
    9) They are having technical issues with their ISPs
    10) Jan Dembowski & Matt Mullenweg kidnapped them for horrible alien experiments.

    That’s just a sample. Be patient.
