Are www.remarpro.com documents always going to stay cached on their end?

I’m not sure if this is the right category, but here it goes.

I have a document that I deleted about two months ago and that same document (not shown on the site) link still is accessible to the public. How, after I deleted it? I uploaded a completely new version of the same document, that shows on my site’s homepage. But, how is the old document/pdf still accessible with a link when the document has been deleted?
