Are we setting this up correctly?
-
Hi,
Are we doing this correctly. Please see the following example: –
UK and main (default) website is .com and the USA subsite is .com/usa.
So for the following product on our UK: –
https://www.alfredco.com/shop/mens-jewellery/mens-necklaces/mens-gunmetal-chain-necklace/
We have the following flags: –
x-default points back to this main .COM URL (because we need customers who google does not know their language or location to be sent to this main URL)
AND
en-gb points to this main .COM URL (for english speaking customers from great britain)
AND
en-us points to the COM/USA URL (for english speaking customers from the USA)
Same product on our USA website: –
https://www.alfredco.com/usa/shop/mens-jewelry/mens-necklaces/mens-gunmetal-chain-necklace/
x-default points to the main .COM URL
en-us points to this .COM/USA URL
en-gb points to the main .COM URL
thank you
