Are these files from previous WP versions?

    Hi,

    Wordfence free plugin has detected a lot of files such as
    wp-includes/style-engine/class-wp-style-engine-css-rule.php
    and wp-includes/blocks/post-date/style-rtl.css
    and I’m not sure if they are left over from previous versions of WordPress.

    Has the website been hacked or are they left over files?

    Can you try rescanning the site and seeing if the results come back. I can see in a fresh download of WordPress that both wp-includes/blocks/post-date/style-rtl.css and wp-includes/style-engine/class-wp-style-engine-css-rule.php exist. The scan may have happened during an update.

    Thanks for that. I completed some updates and rescanned and it’s fine now.
