I see that the plugin creates no pages at all, and seems very self contained. I like that!

However, if a user wants to submit a ticket, or even an anonymous person, how could that work? Is there a short code to add the ‘add ticket’ form, or to view a ticket from the front end?

    Thanks so much!

There is a create ticket shortcode: [ticket_create]

When you are not registered, you will be automatically registered. If your email address is already in the database, you will be asked to log in before.

[ticket_create type="table"] will display the form in a table. These are the options so far.

Right now, there is no option to display the tickets on the frontend. I should think about it.

Has there been any work done on displaying the tickets on the frontend?
