Are there conflicts with Genesis extender and Prose Extras?

I am new to genesis and sort of new to website design. I created one website using Prose and Genesis extender. I would like to try your Prose Extras plugin. Can I use both? I realize I cannot use your home page features with the extender EZ home page widgets. Please advise if using both these plugins for Prose could cause problems.
