    Hi Scott,

Thanks for trying out the plugin.

The plugin supports shipping zones based on country, but not zip or postal codes. Postal code support will be provided in an upcoming release of the Plus version.

    Hi,
Sorry to mix in on your thread, but is the Post Code support added to the Plus version yet?
I am struggling to set up Postal Codes for the UK as all plugins I’ve tried only seem to work for US Zip codes.

    thanks

Yes, I bought the plus version. It does what we need for now.

When will you update? Will the update show up within our WordPress interface?

Postcode/zip code support was added in version 1.3.0.

The plugin is not automatically updated, please visit the link below to download the latest version:

I have a huge amount of prices and settings in there. How do I update without losing all that?

    Hi scottl31,

Simply replace the existing plugin files with the new version. The settings are stored separately in the database.

After updating the plugin, go to the Table Rate Shipping Plus settings screen, make sure everything looks okay, then hit “Save changes”. Your settings will then be transferred.

If you are concerned about losing any settings, you should perform a full backup of your WordPress MySQL database.

So I wouldn’t delete the old one first then install? I actually need to go in by FTP and remove the folder from the plugins and then put the new one in place?

    Hi scottl31,

To update you have two options:

    1. Login via FTP and replace the plugin files

    2. In WordPress admin, deactivate and delete the plugin, then upload and activate the updated plugin.

If you need any help just let me know. The best way is through our contact form.
