Are there any plugins to simply allow you to manually add postage?

Hi, I’m looking for a plugin that will allow me to manually type in the postage costs into
my shop back end, when adding a product. I dont want weight based or anything like that but more a simplified manual postage like used in Ebay for example, is there anything like this around? thanks
