Are there any plugins that can combine together to reduce load?

Analytics – segment.io (I chose this one because I can activate multiple analytic services without a separate plugin for each one)
Calls to Action – not sure if I’ll use this one yet

Cross-Promotion Content Recommendation by Engageya
EWWW Image Optimizer
ExpressCurate
Free Icon Finder – I only use one icon so I can probably just save it to my media library?
Google Analytics by Yoast (possibly delete in favour of Segment.io)
Growmap Anti Spambot Plugin
GTMetrix – using this to assess improvements in my site load time
Infinite Slider – going to cut back to just one slider plugin
Instapage – landing page plugin
Meta Slider – as above

So what I get from these is:

1. SEO, although I think I’ve got too many
2. Ability to set auto-links to both internal and external content
3. Social media icons floating at left, plus one set at top and bottom of posts
4. Ability to auto-add and manually add related posts
5. Optimization and site load plugins

Plus a few other odds and ends.

What do you think? Is there anywhere I can combine plugins? Maybe one of the SEO plugins does everything the others do.
