Are standard analytics reports supported?

  • We use the plugin to add the cost of goods to our products but when we generate a report from the standard WordPress > Analytics > Orders report we get a 0 for some cost of goods and not for others, it seems inconsistent. We can see that we have added the correct COD and it is showing in the Products admin column correctly.

    I just wanted to check if this type of report is supported natively by your plugin.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Please go to the “Orders” section and set the “Recalculate” button” to “Fill in all costs with default costs”, then go to the order edit page and run the “Recalculate” tool and see if the issue persist.
