Are original images changed or duplicated?

    I’m running out of space with my web host. Does this plugin reduce the size of the original images or does it make an optimized copy of them (taking up more server space)?

    Also, will it work in conjunction with Siteground’s SG Optimizer plugin image optimization settings?

    Hi @eddiernaranjo,

    The plugin reduces the size of the original files and of resized images, but it preserves a backup of the original file you’ve uploaded.
    The Remove backup option, will delete this backup, so you’ll have ONLY optimized versions.

    We advice you to run only one image optimizer on your website, we would not be responsible for any conflict between them.
