Are multiple channels available in free version.

    Thank you for this question.

    Unlimited channels means that you may create many channels using our chat plugin, for example:

    1. Create “Room A” channel on page A: [wise-chat channel=”Room A”]
    2. Create “Room B” channel on page B: [wise-chat channel=”Room B”]
    3. Create “Room C” channel on page C: [wise-chat channel=”Room C”]
    4. and so on

    There is no limit to the number of such channels, but each chat window may open a single channel only. However, in Wise Chat Pro you may open multiple channels in a single chat window, for example: [wise-chat channel=”{ Room A, Room B, Room C}”]. This will list all 3 channels in a single Wise Chat Pro window.
