    Thanks for getting in touch! I’d love to take a closer look at this to see how you have the grouped product set up. I’ll need to check with our developers if grouped products are supported, as I think they quite possibly aren’t, though it would be great to run some tests first.

    Would it be possible to send over some screenshots of how you have configured the group product? You mention that the individual product is hidden, so how you have done that would also be interesting to see. Lastly, if you could let me know how you have configured the Facebook settings for that product, whether it has been included in sync or not too, that would be great!

    I look forward to hearing from you so we can progress this further! Could you let me know when you have a moment to pass on this extra information?

    I’ve noticed the group product page doesn’t have a facebook setting, whereas the individual products do, so I suspect grouped products aren’t supported.

    On the individual products I have them set as Catalog visibility: Hidden, but on their facebook setting I’ve got it ticked to include them.

    I also think that if the Catalog Visibility is hidden the product would be excluded from the feed file used to sync the products with Facebook, even if it was selected as being included for sync. When the feed file is generated, it checks all products to see if they are available, and not hidden, and have a valid price. If any of these fail, it will skip to the next product.

    As a test, would it be possible to set one of these individual products to not be hidden temporarily to see if it does get synced to Facebook after that?

    I am having the same issue. I have grouped products setup where the constituents are hidden, showing only the group in my store. If I change the ‘hidden’ setting to any other option, the product will sync to facebook, however because it’s hidden, it does not sync.

    This is probably the correct behaviour for hidden products, but now these items don’t show up in my facebook catalogue because they are part of a grouped product only.

    Thanks Tamara – the plugin does exactly what it should do for hidden products – but doesn’t take into consideration grouped products where the individual products are hidden. I have nothing more to add. thanks.
