Hello there!

Sorry, to more specific I meant when the newsletters are sent via email, are the physical content of that email saved somewhere on another server other than the server that I using to run my WordPress instance. I am using a third party email service to send these newsletters via email. So for example, when I sent a newsletter via email, is a duplicate copy of the email saved on your(MailPoet) server or anywhere else?

No, we don’t store your newsletters. You use your own server to send them. There’s nothing saved in any servers beside yours.
