Are dropdowns (Picklists) working in 2.1?

I’m having another go with this plugin. I had tried the Forked Version from GitHub and was able to get dropdowns to work. With this version, when I enter my data separated by pipes, the dropdown appears empty. Not sure what I’m doing wrong as I followed the example and used exactly what I used on the github fork.

Here’s an example of my entry into the value field:

Prospective patient|Current patient|Family or friend|Healthcare Professional|Prospective Employee|Media Member|Other
