Are all my Yoast setting deleted?

    So

    For years I have used Yoast on Website A
    Exported all posts and everything to Website B including plugins
    Now website B doesn’t use Yoast in the plugins dashboard
    However, when I try to install it, it gives “folder already exists” error

    Now the question is, if I deleted the folder and install the plugin again, will all my posts and pages SEO lost forever?

    If yes, what is the alternative?

    We recommend you to reinstall the Yoast SEO plugin through FTP. You can find the relevant guide here.

    Reinstalling the plugin through FTP won’t remove any SEO data that you put into the plugin before.
