Are administrators the only level that can create galleriies?

I’m sorry to learn that your editors are having issues creating the gallery. Could you kindly clarify to me if the role of the editors has been set to “Editor” as shown in this linked image? https://prnt.sc/pbJ6Emc4I8k6

If their role has been set to “Editor” or “Administrator” then they do have access to enable them to create galleries.

We have two levels of editors within our site, but the individual in question is set up as one.

WordPress natively has only one “Editor” role shown in this linked image that you can give users. Kindly clarify if you are using a user role editor plugin that assigns custom user roles to the users created on your site. If so, kindly let me know the name of that user role editor plugin. Thanks in advance for the clarification.

Currently using User Role Editor.

I have been testing out that user role plugin to understand how it works. When you create a user and you want them to be able to create new FooGallery galleries, kindly ensure that on “Custom Post Types” you have granted the “edit_posts” permission as shown in this linked image:https://prnt.sc/OdGgyaorZmJS
